In this group, we will explore the role and use of BI and performance management as applied to marketing through shared case studies, frameworks and best practices. We will explore the business, people, process, data and technical implications of BI and performance management in marketing and communications organizations. We will also explore how BI impacts the marketing communications supply chain (e.g., advertising agencies, and media companies).
